Flat-Coated Retrievers - Great Family Dogs

Meet Our Pups

  • Maggie

Calm and wise, Maggie is our foundation female. She’s happy, athletic, and extremely patient with pups and kids. Her favorite activity is swimming, 2nd only to fetching in water. Her Championship pic above celebrates her back to back wins at Sequim, WA. In December, 2022 Maggie completed her Grand Champion Title with a Best of Breed win. GCH CH Shasta’s Marguerite May, ATT, FDC, BCAT is named after my grandmother. Maggie has all health clearances and CHIC from OFA/AKC.

  • Angus

Experts agree Angus (GCH CH Blacfriar The Sky Is The Limit), RN JH FDC DCAT CGC TKN ATT DS TKN WC2 was the 2022 Best Puppy - Pictured here at 11 months and selected by Judge Ann Katona at the FCRSA’s National Specialty (over 100 puppies entered)- Angus won 3 awards, at each National Specialty and titled as a Champion 9 days before his first birthday. He earned his Grand Champion Title at 15 months. We always knew he was the best puppy, just nice to get that kind of recognition. Angus has since earned multiple titles, learned to dock dive and in 2025 earned JH and WC Field Titles, as he’s proving he’s a great multi purpose dog - Field, Performance & Conformation.

  • Frankie

Intelligent, alert and always up for an adventure, Pictured here at 14 months, Frankie is officially Quail Run’s Frankly Sentimental - a singleton pup with a giant heart! She’s best big sister to her siblings born 8 months later! She joins her mom and dad as our best companions. Frankie earned her championship after limited showing at 16 months, and earned her Grand Champion at 22 months with wins in 11 of 13 show days. She’s definitely a keeper!
